When individuals are struggling with their mental health, it significantly impacts all areas of functioning- academic, social, physical and emotional. I’ve developed a passion in helping clients comprehend themselves and their concerns. Ultimately, this allows us to focus on the negative effects on their daily functioning, create a secure self-esteem, and learn effective coping skills. I want to help my clients build a strong and healthy mindset and teach them coping skills that will benefit them long-term.

To ensure effective counseling with each individual client, I utilize a variety of counseling techniques and approaches. This allows me to build a strong therapeutic relationship and work together with the client in improving their daily lives and self-esteem.
